With YDL v4.1, it is as simple as this:
- Double-click on the System icon on your desktop.
- Double-click on the Storage Media icon in the right Konqueror pane.
- Double-click on the item "Hard Disk (sd[x][y]) where [x] is the device and [y] the partition. Remember that with laptops and
pre-G5 Macs, it is likely sda[x] will be your USB or FireWire device. But with G5s, the internal SATA drives will show as sd[x]
devices, thereby pushing your USB and/or FireWire device back to sdb or sdc. You won't hurt anything by viewing them, so you'll figure
out which is which quickly.
- Drag, drop, add, and delete.
